In a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DRPtYF7jj0d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">video message shared on Dollywood&#8217;s Instagram page<\/a>, Parton said she regrets being unable to be there for the event.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I sure wish I could be with you in person today, but you probably heard that I&#8217;ve been dealing with a few health challenges this fall, and my doctors told me to take it easy for just a little while,&#8221;
