That may be because of 2000s hit rock band The Darkness, whose chart-topping \u201cI Believe in a Thing Called Love\u201d was everywhere at the time.<\/p>\n
The Darkness<\/a> is still around, and in fact just announced what NME<\/a> characterized as its biggest tour in 20 years.<\/p>\n Unfortunately for those who are stateside, all of the dates on the 2026 tour are currently \u201cacross the pond\u201d in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n Still, for those who care to see the Darkness, and hear tracks from their new album \u201cDreams on Toast<\/a>\u201a\u201d there are seven 2026 dates on the tour starting with the Glasgow OVO Hydro on Dec. 8 and finishing with the band\u2019s first ever headline performance at The O2 in London on Dec. 16, according to Blabbermouth<\/a>.<\/p>\n A full set of dates and locations is at the bottom of this article.<\/p>\n Presale for the tour starts at 10 a.m. on this coming Wednesday, Nov. 26, and general sale sarts at 10 a.m. on Friday, according to Blabbermouth.<\/p>\n The Darkness will be performing with the Brothers Osborne<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins said of the tour:\u00a0\u201cPowerful rock was designed to be played in huge rectangular buildings.
