Fubo TV subscribers lost access to all of their NBC channels amid a pricing dispute \u2014 and customers are not happy.<\/p>\n
On Friday, November 21, Fubo TV announced in a statement on its website<\/a> that subscribers will no longer have access to a litany of channels. They include NBC, CNBC, Bravo, Golf Channel, USA Network, Telemundo, E! Entertainment Television, local stations, and more.<\/p>\n \u201cFubo has been engaged in good faith negotiations with NBCU to renew our long-standing content agreement to distribute their networks to consumers,\u201d the streaming platform wrote. \u201cUnfortunately, we believe NBCU has offered terms regarding pricing and packaging that are egregiously above those offered to other distributors.\u201d<\/p>\n The message continued,\u201dAs a result, NBCU networks are no longer available on the Fubo platform as of 5pm ET 11\/21\/25.\u201d<\/p>\n Additionally, Fubo TV noted that customers could\u00a0 automatically receive a $15 credit if the \u201cimpasse continues.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe will keep you updated on our progress,\u201d the email concluded. \u201cBut in the meantime, if you have any questions, please visit our Help Center<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n On X<\/a>, Fubo TV subscribers sounded off on the loss of all NBC channels amid the price dispute, with one customer declaring<\/a>, \u201cFubo<\/span> giving no warning before losing NBC channels on a Friday night is crazy work.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Another disgruntled customer wrote via X,<\/a> \u201cWoke up this morning at 5:30 to watch Chelsea<\/a> play only to find out <\/span>@fubo<\/a> <\/span>no longer has universal\/nbc channels. Literally the only reason I pay for this service is to watch soccer games. Time to cancel the subscription, I suppose.\u201d<\/p>\n Someone else issued a sharply-worded response to Fubo TV via X<\/a>, writing, \u201cF*** you <\/span>Fubo<\/span>, anyone thinking of getting this <\/span>TV<\/span> service needs to have their head examined. We currently have no local <\/span>TV<\/span> stations, and even the out of market NBC channel is offline\u2026but don\u2019t worry, they posted they are negotiating hard to get them back!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n A different X user pointed out<\/a>, \u201cI love that I\u2019m paying $110 a month to <\/span>@fuboTV<\/a><\/span> and can\u2019t watch PSU because they\u2019re \u2018negotiating\u2019 with NBC. Total garbage. I want a refund. Literally only have <\/span>Fubo<\/span> for sports and Jeopardy.<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, yet another livid X user lamented<\/a>, \u201cYoutube <\/span>TV<\/span> did this s*** with ABC recently. I canceled them & switched to <\/span>Fubo<\/span>. Now, you do the same f****ing thing with NBC. Maybe it\u2019s time to connect that cable back! This streaming BS has gotten out of hand.
