Filming for Netflix\u2019s hit series The Night Agent<\/em> is set to move to Los Angeles from Vancouver and New York. The move comes as The Night Agent<\/em> is nearing a Season 4 renewal.<\/p>\n According to Deadline<\/a>, the move is because the series is taking advantage of a 40 percent (aka $31.6 million) California tax credit. The decision to move shows that Netflix is interested in continuing the story, especially since the writers\u2019 room is already working. However, Netflix hasn\u2019t officially announced another season.<\/p>\n Creator Shawn Ryan is thought to be behind the series\u2019 move to Los Angeles. Deadline reports that Ryan has a big relationship with Los Angeles as a filming location, thanks to his other projects such as The Shield,<\/em> The Unit<\/em> and S.W.A.T<\/em>.<\/p>\n Even though Netflix hasn\u2019t officially announced a fourth season of The Night Agent<\/em>, it\u2019s entirely possible that Netflix could continue its habit of announcing the next season during the premiere of a new season. In that case, Season 4 could be announced at the beginning of Season 3, which will premiere sometime in 2026.<\/p>\n The series stars Gabriel Basso as an FBI agent who gets picked out of obscurity to join the Night Action organization. The series also starred Luciane Buchanan, who will not return for Season 3.
