The Young and the Restless <\/em>star Michelle Stafford <\/strong>(Phyllis)<\/a> shared a special birthday message to co-star Jason Thompson <\/strong>(Billy), which ended up being a treat for fans.<\/p>\n Stafford took to Instagram to post two of Thompson\u2019s Gap commercials from his early days in the entertainment industry.
