It’s time for another dose of adventure, as Celebrity Race Across the World returns for a thrilling new episode as the teams<\/a> make their way to the second checkpoint.<\/p>\n Team Tortoise, AKA Jackie and Dylan Llewellyn, may find themselves further behind the rest of the pairs as they make their way to El Zonte, a surf mecca on the Pacific coast of El Salvador.<\/p>\n Tonight’s episode (13th November), will see the pairs leave the lake town of Flores, and either choose to travel through the mountainous heartland of Guatemala or discover southern Belize, exploring the golden sands of the Caribbean coast.<\/p>\n As with previous seasons of the show, the celebrities and their loved ones are not allowed access to smart phones or the internet and are given a show-string, which this time around sees them surviving on as a little as \u00a330 a day \u2013 one of the smallest budgets the show has seen to date!<\/p>\n With Jackie and Dylan’s budget already depleting thanks to fast trains, will they be able to catch up with the rest of the duos?<\/p>\n As we wait to find out, here’s everything you need to know about them as they take part in Celebrity Race Across the World<\/a>.<\/p>\n Jackie and Dylan Llewellyn.\u00a0BBC\/Studio Lambert<\/span><\/p>\n Relationship: <\/strong>Mother and son<\/p>\n From: <\/strong>Reigate, Surrey<\/p>\n Jobs: <\/strong>Actor and retiree<\/p>\n Instagram: <\/strong>@djllewellyn<\/a><\/p>\n Dylan Llewellyn is a 33-year-old actor, <\/strong>best known for playing James in all three series of Derry Girls. He has also starred in Hollyoaks, Big Boys and Beyond Paradise.<\/p>\n Self professed “mummy’s boy” Dylan is embarking on the race with his mum Jackie, a 59-year-old retiree<\/strong>.<\/p>\n “I\u2019d always wanted to do an amazing adventure with a family member, and I\u2019m a bit of a mummy\u2019s boy,” he admitted to Radio Times magazine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n When asked about their time on the show, the duo described it as “once in a lifetime” and “magical”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n “I wanted to take part because it\u2019s such an amazing experience to be had. I think it looks so beautiful and cool, and it’s just a giant adventure and who wouldn’t want to go on one of those?<\/p>\n “And to do it with my mum is a huge bonus. It’s a once in a lifetime thing to do, and to do it with a loved one is even better,” Dylan said.<\/p>\n Jackie added: “In my life, I’m very predictable, like to keep to a routine, safe and everything, and this is really pushing me out of my comfort zone, and I feel, at my age, I should do something like that. I just generally go to destinations for holiday I never have a journey.<\/p>\n “So it’s throwing a different spin on my holiday experience.
