Shreveport’s own Max Chambers is in the running with three other contestants to perform at the Rose Parade<\/a>, an annual event in Southern California on New Year’s Day.<\/p>\n

Chambers sang “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing” by Stevie Wonder during the Knockout round and was chosen to move on to the Playoffs, which start on Dec. 1 at 8 p.m. Bubl\u00e9 also decided to use the new feature, “Mic Drop,” on Chambers.<\/p>\n

Max Chambers represented Shreveport again on Monday night on “The Voice,” singing a Stevie Wonder song in the Knockout round and moving on to \u2026<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n

For this Knockout round, there were no saves or steals from the other judges, but an added feature called “Mic Drop,” where each coach could select one performance that went above and beyond. Among those four, America can vote for which artist gets to sing in the New Year’s Day Rose Parade, according to NBC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
