Tony Germano<\/strong> \u2014 an actor who has worked with Netflix<\/a> and Nickelodeon<\/a> \u2014 has died at age 55 following a fatal fall in Brazil.<\/p>\n A spokesperson for the actor confirmed to People<\/em><\/a> on Friday, November 28, that Germano suffered injuries after falling at his home in S\u00e3o Paulo while the property was undergoing renovations. Local publications Folha de Sao Paulo<\/em> and O Estado de Sao Paulo<\/em> reported that Germano had previously lost his balance while spending time at his parents\u2019 home before the deadly accident.<\/p>\n A funeral service took place at the Bosque da Paz Cemetery in S\u00e3o Paulo municipality Vargem Grande Paulista on Thursday, November 27, with a burial scheduled for a future date.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is with deep sorrow that we confirm the passing of actor and voice artist Tony Germano on the morning of Wednesday, November 26. Tony suffered a fall at his residence and, unfortunately, did not survive his injuries,\u201d his rep confirmed.<\/p>\n Their statement continued, \u201cWe kindly ask for respect and understanding during this painful time for his family, friends, and colleagues. Tony leaves behind a legacy of dedication, generosity and immense talent that touched everyone who had the privilege of working with him. His absence will be deeply felt.\u201d<\/p>\n Germano was a prolific voice actor who dubbed the Portuguese-language versions of Netflix animated series Go, Dog, Go!<\/em> and Disney\u2019s Elena De Avalor<\/em><\/a>. He also worked on Nickelodeon\u2019s live-action comedy series Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn<\/em> and took part in a project with The Muppets.<\/p>\n He had a notable supporting performance in Prime Video\u2019s An Unforgettable Year: Autumn<\/em>, a 2023 romantic-comedy about an unlikely relationship between a young student (Gabz<\/strong>) and a street musician (Lucas Leto<\/strong>) in S\u00e3o Paulo\u2019s historic Paulista Avenue district. (The streaming movie spawned a sequel \u2014 titled An Unforgettable Year: Spring<\/em> \u2014 that was released later in 2023.)<\/p>\n Other notable credits included the 2022 horror musical Phantom Summer<\/em> and the 2025 erotic thriller Labyrinth of Lost Boys<\/em>.
