(Sort of.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tIn a new promotional teaser for Vince Gilligan\u2019s new Apple TV series, Bob Odenkirk, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul and more actors from the Walter White universe appear on television to greet Rhea Seehorn\u2019s character, Carol Sturka.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cPluribus\u201d follows Carol \u2014 dubbed \u201cthe most miserable person on Earth\u201d \u2014 as she must \u201csave the world from happiness.\u201d When a world-shattering event turns most of the global population into a friendly hive mind, Carol sets out to protect her individuality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAt the end of the first episode, Carol turns on her TV and communicates with a White House official who tries to reassure her that she is safe and that there has been no alien invasion. Apple TV mimicked the scene in a 100-second ad that begins with Cranston\u2019s face above a chyron reading \u201cJOIN US.\u201d A montage of hundreds of friendly faces flashes across her screen, including Paul standing in front of the Eiffel Tower.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tOdenkirk and Patrick Fabian, who played Howard Hamlin on \u201cBetter Call Saul,\u201d tell Carol, \u201cWe just want to make you happy.\u201d Giancarlo Esposito, who played Gustavo Fring across both of Gilligan\u2019s series, says, \u201cWe\u2019re sorry we upset you,\u201d and Jonathan Banks, who played Mike Ehrmantraut, has a blink-and-you\u2019ll-miss-it cameo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tCarol Burnett, who had a memorable Season 6 guest role on \u201cBetter Call Saul,\u201d says, \u201cCarol, if you need us, we\u2019re here for you.\u201d And even Drew Barrymore, from the set of her talk show, says directly to the camera, \u201cWe love you, Carol, and we just want you to be happy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tSeehorn played Kim Wexler across six seasons of \u201cBetter Call Saul,\u201d on which she appeared opposite Odenkirk, Fabian, Esposito and Ehrmantraut. In the final season of the \u201cBreaking Bad\u201d prequel, Gilligan overlapped the timelines of his two series with surprise guest roles for Cranston and Paul, reprising their roles of Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cPluribus\u201d debuted on Nov. 7 with two episodes. Despite this new promotional video, the series is not set in the \u201cBreaking Bad\u201d universe.
