The year kicked off with a bang when Bonnie Blue<\/strong><\/a> claimed to have broken a world record by sleeping with 1,057 men in 12 hours. In a January TikTok video, Blue (real name Tia Billinger) proudly held up a sign that read, \u201c1,000.\u201d Australian star Annie Knight<\/strong><\/a> and U.K.\u2019s Lily Phillips<\/strong><\/a> also went on to try their hand at the trend, ultimately sleeping with 583 men in six hours and 1,113 in 12 hours, respectively.<\/p>\n As 2025 progressed, the adult creators also became transparent about their earnings and plastic surgery endeavors \u2014 while navigating a few feuds along the way.<\/p>\n \u201cI definitely want to keep going for as long as possible. I just think, why not? I don\u2019t think you could ever say no to making this amount of money,\u201d Knight exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> in May about her career plans. \u201cObviously, I also enjoy it and it\u2019s fun. I love my job. She later assured her fans she was on the mend.<\/p>\n \u201cThe prognosis is good,<\/a> and it looks like I\u2019m going to have to take a week off, try and relax a little bit, sit out in the sun, just take it easy for a little while,\u201d Knight told Us<\/em> in May. \u201cBut I\u2019ll definitely be OK. I\u2019m not letting this slow me down.\u201d<\/p>\n The next month, Phillips claimed to have slept with 1,113 men in 12 hours<\/a> \u2014 and described her experience via Instagram as a \u201cconveyor belt.\u201d<\/p>\n Through it all, experts cautioned about the physical and mental health risks associated with these trends. In New York and Washington D.C. psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert<\/strong>\u2019s mind, these challenges can lead to feelings of emptiness.<\/p>\n \u201cIn the moment, [the creators] might feel like they\u2019re really special. But after, I think, they probably feel worthless,\u201d he told Us<\/em> in July. \u201cThey\u2019ve relied so heavily on this external approval, and when all that is gone, just feel really empty, confused about what their actual worth and value is.\u201d<\/p>\n After completing the competitive sex challenge, Knight did not shy away from revealing her financial earnings had \u201ctripled\u201d \u2014 and that she brought in a whopping $600,000 per month. (Knight later shared in August that her monthly earnings decreased to $450,000,<\/a> something she expected due to the attention surrounding the event.)<\/p>\n With the transparency, experts wondered if the younger generation may eye the career as something financially lucrative. The Independent columnist Chloe Combi<\/strong> told Us<\/em> in July that \u201cat a time when there\u2019s huge amounts of economic anxiety, particularly with young people \u2026 that kind of creates a perfect storm of this notion that it\u2019s both easier \u2014 far easier than it is \u2014 and it\u2019s normal and it very, very rarely talks about the consequences.\u201d<\/p>\n It wasn\u2019t just Knight who shared her financial earnings, but creators like Lil Tay<\/strong>, too. Dobrik proceeded to read more from Rain\u2019s earnings report, which stated that she made $28,472 in an hour and raked in $3.4 million in earnings in July alone.<\/p>\n In the spirit of candidness, stars like Phillips, Knight and creator Tiffany Wisconsin<\/strong> have all been open about their plastic surgery endeavors. In September, Phillips alleged that she spent $60,000<\/a> to undergo a labiaplasty, chin implant, liposuction and Brazilian Butt Lift. As for her next procedure, Phillips claimed in her YouTube video that she has the \u201clongest toes\u201d and wants them to be shortened.<\/p>\n \u201cI know some people are going to think that\u2019s really extreme,\u201d she said, \u201cbut it\u2019s just something I\u2019ve always hated throughout my whole entire life. These feet have been the bane of my existence.\u201d<\/p>\n The next month, Wisconsin received the Rib Sculpt Plus<\/a> \u2014 which is a minimally invasive, scarless procedure utilizing ultrasound-guided tools to fracture and reposition up to 12 ribs with the goal of a narrower waistline.<\/p>\n \u201cThis isn\u2019t like traditional rib removal,\u201d Wisconsin exclusively told Us<\/em> at the time. \u201cIt\u2019s safer, scarless and the healing process is supported by a corset that acts like a cast. It\u2019s the only way I could achieve this shape \u2014 and I\u2019m obsessed with the results.\u201d<\/p>\n Knight, for her part, pulled back the curtain in November on her $62,000 cosmetic journey<\/a> \u2014 which included a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, chin filler, invisalign and preventative Botox.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s actually crazy,\u201d she exclusively told Us<\/em> at the time. \u201cI can go out without makeup on now and just feel way more confident. I can easily just put on a light touch of makeup or a little bit of makeup and feel better. The shape of my face just feels so much more cohesive. It\u2019s crazy that just these little, tiny changes \u2014 which, I mean, some people will say that they\u2019re not tiny \u2014 but even my nose job, it just changed the entire structure of my face.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cI look back at photos of me from like, two years ago, and I\u2019m like, \u2018What the hell?\u2019 I look so different, but not different enough for it to not feel like I\u2019m me. I feel more me now than I did two years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n There were, of course, several events that raised eyebrows in 2025. In June, Blue gained attention for her out-of-the-box event called the \u201cpetting zoo\u201d<\/a> \u2014 where she would be featured unclothed and tied to a glass box as she attempted to sleep with 2,000 men. The stunt ultimately played a role in Blue\u2019s ban from OnlyFans.<\/p>\n When rumors circulated that Blue had been banned from the platform, a spokesperson for OnlyFans told Us<\/em> that \u201cextreme \u2018challenge\u2019 content is not available\u201d and \u201cis not permitted\u201d under their acceptable use policy and terms of service. \u201cAny breach of our Terms of Service results in content or account deactivation,\u201d the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n Blue, for her part, felt that the decision was \u201cclearly unfair\u201d because she claimed to have been \u201csingled out.\u201d She added during an exclusive interview with Us<\/em> in June, \u201cIt\u2019s not because what I did was dangerous. I\u2019ve been the only content creator that\u2019s happily slept with the numbers I have and have walked away smiling each time.\u201d<\/p>\n Wisconsin, meanwhile, had big plans for her content \u2014 which included wanting to film videos with a pastor<\/a> and an Amish man, as well as \u201creally old men.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI really want to find a guy who\u2019s 90 and capable of doing stuff,\u201d she exclusively told Us<\/em> in June. \u201cThat\u2019s one of my goals.\u201d<\/p>\n While some bonds between creators were formed in 2025, other friendships were broken. After Blue was banned from OnlyFans, she made a subtle dig at Knight\u2019s hospitalization.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s why I was banned, because I get more views,\u201d Blue told Us<\/em> in June. \u201cThe only difference is, I don\u2019t cry and I don\u2019t vlog hospital journeys. I just leave smiling.\u201d<\/p>\n Knight, meanwhile, was not here for the comment \u2014 which also referenced Phillips getting emotional after having sex with 100 men in one day in December 2024. (Phillips explained at the time that she was crying because not all of her event participants had the experience.)<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve worked with Bonnie several times and have run ideas by her in the past, so I was surprised to see her comments,\u201d Knight told Us<\/em> in a statement in July. \u201cIn an industry where women are constantly pinned against one another, I\u2019ve always believed in backing other creators, even when I don\u2019t agree with particular wording around how they frame their stunts.\u201d<\/p>\n Later that year, Knight was involved in a separate feud with Rain about whether or not they have \u201cmorals.\u201d<\/a> The back-and-forth began when Rain made an appearance on the \u201cBangin Out\u201d podcast in August and explained that she still has her \u201cmorals\u201d compared to other creators in the competitive sex space.
