\n\tEXCLUSIVE: <\/strong>After a combined 26 years as an agent and partner at Paradigm Talent Agency and, before that, Abrams Artists Agency, Jennifer Millar<\/a> is pivoting to management. She\u2019s joined Brillstein Entertainment Partners<\/a>, we\u2019ve learned, and is bringing one of the industry\u2019s biggest stars, longtime client Sydney Sweeney<\/a>, with her.<\/p>\n \n\tMillar has played a pivotal role in shaping Sweeney\u2019s ascent from breakout performances in Euphoria<\/em> and The White Lotus<\/em>, through multiple Emmy nominations and leading roles in studio hits like Anyone But You<\/em>. She has subsequently helped guide Sweeney into more character-driven territory with HBO\u2019s Reality<\/em> and Black Bear\u2019s Christy<\/em>, a drama where she plays former professional boxer Christy Martin, for which she\u2019s garnered critical acclaim.<\/p>\n \n\tIn recent weeks, rumors have been swirling that Sweeney would be leaving her agency, Paradigm, to either CAA or WME. Not so, we were told in reaching out for comment, though we\u2019ve learned that following Millar\u2019s exit from Paradigm, the agency will only continue to rep the star for brand endorsements and partnership deals.<\/p>\n \n\tDuring her years working to expand Sweeney\u2019s brand into a multifaceted platform, Millar has also helped steer the launch of her production company and secured major fashion and beauty campaigns with the likes of K\u00e9rastase, Miu Miu and Giorgio Armani Beauty.
