Online<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Channing Tatum<\/a> <\/a>and <\/span>Jenna Dewan<\/a> are splitting some checks equally.<\/span><\/p>\n More than one year after the exes finalized their divorce following a six-year legal battle<\/a>, in which Tatum’s continued earnings from the “Magic Mike” franchise were at the center, details about their settlement have been revealed. <\/span><\/p>\n Tatum and Dewan \u2014 who tied the knot in 2009 before separating in 2018 \u2014 will receive 50 percent of each other’s retirement benefits earned during their marriage as determined under the Screen Actors Guild-Producers Pension Plan for Motion Picture Actors, according to the Nov. 26 court filing obtained by E! News.<\/span><\/p>\n The monetary benefit is calculated by dividing the pension credit accrued during their marriage by the total pension credits earned in their respective careers. Payments will begin on a date determined by the payee but cannot start earlier than the earner’s earliest retirement date as defined by their retirement plan.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n Although much of their divorce settlement hasn’t been made public, Dewan and Tatum \u2014 who share 12-year-old daughter <\/span>Everly \u2014 both waived spousal support and agreed to work out any future custody disagreements privately with a judge, per docs obtained by E!.<\/span><\/p>\n READ<\/b> Channing Tatum Makes Rare Comment on \u201cPainful\u201d Jenna Dewan Divorce<\/a><\/p>\n Dewan and Tatum \u2014 who debuted his relationship with <\/span>Inka Williams in April 2025 following his breakup from ex-fianc\u00e9e <\/span>Zo\u00eb Kravitz \u2014 had been navigating a lengthy court battle since the Rookie actress filed for divorce in 2018. In April 2024, she filed a petition seeking a portion of her ex’s total profits<\/a>, according to court documents obtained by E! at the time. <\/span><\/p>\n Dewan’s attorneys alleged that they had acquired the <\/span>“Magic Mike” intellectual property together during their marriage. With the franchise \u2014 which was, in part, inspired by Tatum’s experience as a male stripper \u2014 growing into a “multi-million cultural phenomenon,” her team argued that its earnings should be considered “community in character.” <\/span><\/p>\n For Tatum’s part, at the time, his legal team claimed that Dewan \u2014 who is also mom to <\/span>Callum, 5, and <\/span>Rhiannon, 17 months, with fianc\u00e9 <\/span>Steve Kazee \u2014 had been “involved in all aspects of community investments, opportunities and transactions” regarding the 2012 film.<\/span><\/p>\n One month after Dewan’s court filing, the “21 Jump Street” actor slammed his ex’s accusations<\/a>, saying in a May filing obtained by E!, “I have never denied Petitioner her share of any community assets or income.
