A source confirmed the news to People<\/a>, following initial reports from Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n Speculation that the pair were engaged started on Monday, after the \u201cFlowers\u201d singer walked the red carpet at the \u201cAvatar: Fire and Ash\u201d world premiere in Los Angeles wearing a massive diamond ring. <\/p>\n The ring, reportedly first spotted on Cyrus in mid-November per the celebrity gossip account Deux Moi<\/a>, was designed by Jacquie Aiche and features a cushion-cut stone set on a 14-karat yellow gold band.<\/p>\n Morando, 27, who drums for the band Liily, was first linked romantically to the \u201cHannah Montana\u201d alum in December 2021 during the taping of \u201cMiley\u2019s New Year\u2019s Eve Party.\u201d <\/p>\n Their romance was seemingly confirmed by a public kiss in West Hollywood in April 2022.
