She had been battling colon cancer since 2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"G7OKN6TZ3ZCERI62UNLONNZWIA\">\u201cCriscilla defined strength and fighter like no other person on the planet,\u201d Coffey wrote on Instagram. \u201cHeaven gained a star today. She said before she passed, \u2018if you see a butterfly, that will be me. If you miss me, a butterfly will show up. Remember \u2026 I\u2019ll be there with you.\u2019<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"BRPM6HWIIZE7TMBU64IWWGVEVE\">\u201cWe miss you already,\u201d he continued. \u201cOur hearts are shattered. Our minds are jumbled. Our lives will never be the same. The house is quieter because you\u2019re missing. The babies are resilient and strong as ever. We did good with them. So, dance your heart out on the beach in heaven.
