The Duchess of Sussex\u2019s holiday programme premiered on Netflix earlier this week<\/a>, with Meghan Markle making a candid admission about a particular UK tradition at Christmas. Whilst Meghan decides to craft Christmas crackers from scratch she revealed what she really thought about a royal Christmas experience<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n Meghan spent two Christmases at Sandringham<\/a> in 2017 and 2018, and as she welcomes restaurateur Will Guidara, she tells him about her thoughts on ‘With Love, Meghan’.<\/p>\n Meghan told him: “Living in the UK, it’s a big part of the culture for sure. Typically, people cross their arms and do it. So they sit around the table and they all pull at the same time. The way that I started to know them was, they’d always have some sort of fortune cookie-size joke or riddle. I don\u2019t think she\u2019s sending out any particular message by talking about Christmas crackers at the dinner table, but it\u2019s good to know that there were at least moments in her life as part of the royal family that she enjoyed.”<\/p>\n Prince Harry<\/a> also makes a brief cameo in the episode when Meghan is cooking gumbo – a rich stew from Louisana. According to Jennie, Harry\u2019s brief but candid appearance<\/a> in the programme shows his unwavering support for his wife.<\/p>\n Jennie said: “I think it would be rather odd if Harry hadn\u2019t made an appearance in a show that\u2019s all about family and fun at Christmas. He only shows up briefly, but I think it\u2019s an indication that he\u2019s fully supportive of Meghan\u2018s new career and proud of what she\u2019s achieved.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Jennie added: “I don\u2019t imagine she had to work too hard to persuade him to take a cameo role, as they still strike me as a very happily married couple who want to support one another.”<\/p>\n In the episode, the former Suits actor shares with audiences the UK\u2019s tradition of pulling crackers, revealing she puts a love letter inside the one she makes for her husband.<\/p>\n Meghan talks about ‘trying to really embrace and lean into making every day of that month special as you\u2019re wrapping up a year.”<\/p>\n However, she adds: “Don\u2019t feel like you have to do it all.
