After the ceremony, the State Department Kennedy Center Honors medal presentation dinner was held.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s recipients are\u00a0Sylvester Stallone, Gloria Gaynor, George Strait, Michael Crawford, and the members of KISS.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to Fox News Digital ahead of the dinner, Grammer, who was accompanied by his daughter Faith, called Trump \u201cextraordinary.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think he\u2019s extraordinary. He\u2019s one of the greatest presidents we\u2019ve ever had. Maybe the greatest.
