Insisting on her \u201cday in court,\u201d Blake Lively<\/a> has made it clear she isn\u2019t interested in settling her sexual harassment and online smear campaign lawsuit against It Ends With Us<\/a> co-star Justin Baldoni<\/a> and his Wayfarer Studios<\/a> team. However, a judge has postponed the long-set start of the high-profile trial and urged the parties to come to a deal.<\/p>\n

Amidst a discovery hearing this morning in New York City, Judge Lewis Liman informed the assembled attorneys for Lively and Baldoni that \u201cas important as this case is,\u201d he had to postpone the March 9, 2026 civil trial date because \u201ccriminal trials take precedent\u201d in the jam-packed court system.<\/p>\n

The Lively vs. Baldoni trial is now scheduled to begin May 18.<\/p>\n
