Houston-based rising talent Bianca Ruiz<\/a><\/strong> joined Domingo Live<\/a><\/em><\/strong> hosts Rudy Trevi\u00f1o<\/a><\/strong> and Barbi Leo<\/a><\/strong> to talk about her new music, a pair of ambitious projects that showcase both major industry collaborations and her passion for uplifting young musicians.
