Journalism and archival stories from The Atlantic will become fair game for scripted and unscripted film and TV adaptations, thanks to a first-look deal that the venerable publication has inked with Prologue Entertainment<\/a>, the production company founded by Noah Oppenheim<\/a>, Lloyd Braun<\/a> and Sarah Bremner<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prologue<\/a>, which is backed by RedBird Capital, will develop films and series based on The Atlantic<\/a>\u2019s journalism, with Jeff Zucker<\/a>\u2019s RedBird Imi securing a first-look deal for unscripted projects.<\/p>\n

The production company has already had some significant projects despite only being founded last year. Prologue produced the Netflix<\/a> series Zero Day<\/a>, starring Robert De Niro<\/a> (Oppenheim also co-created that series), and A House of Dynamite<\/a>, the film directed by Kathryn Bigelow<\/a>, which has become a talk of the town, and sparked a rebuttal from the Department of Defense<\/a>.<\/p>\n
