The career experts at\u00a0<\/span>TopResume<\/a>\u00a0analyzed the beats per minute of the most popular Christmas songs on Spotify to find the most\u00a0and least distracting songs.<\/p>\n

Ariana Grande’s hit song Last Christmas<\/strong> is considered the most upbeat, creating the most workplace distraction, with 206 beats per minute.<\/p>\n

I love that song, but I guess I would be more interested in singing and dancing than getting any work done.<\/p>\n

Mele Kalikimaka (Merry Christmas)<\/strong>,\u00a0Bing Crosby, and The Andrews Sisters come in second with 203 BPM, along with\u00a0Merry Christmas Everyone<\/strong>,\u00a0Shakin’ Stevens.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now for the least distracting songs.<\/p>\n

Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree<\/strong>,\u00a0Brenda Lee,\u00a067 BPM, and\u00a0The Christmas Song (Merry Christmas To You),\u00a0<\/strong>Nat King Cole, at 73 BPM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
