\u201c28 Years Later 3\u201d is getting the greenlight at Sony<\/a> as Oscar winner Cillian Murphy<\/a> is in talks to star in the third installment, TheWrap<\/a> has learned.<\/p>\n

Murphy first broke out in the zombie franchise with 2002\u2019s \u201c28 Days Later<\/a>.\u201d Murphy will appear breifly in the second installment \u201c28 Years Later: The Bone Temple<\/a>,\u201d which opens on Martin Luther King<\/a> holiday weekend on Jan. 16.<\/p>\n

Franchise wrter Alex Garland<\/a> is currently writing the script for the third installment.<\/p>\n
