\t\t<\/p>\n Michael Duarte<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s official cause of death has been revealed.<\/p>\n The food influencer, known online as FoodWithBearHands<\/strong><\/a>, passed away in early November, and his family initially reported it as a \u201chorrible incident\u201d<\/a> without providing further details.<\/p>\n Now, we know that he died from a gunshot wound, and his death was officially ruled a homicide by Bexar County Medical Examiner\u2019s Office, per People.<\/a><\/p>\n He was reportedly shot in an a confrontation with police on November 8 and pronounced dead at a hospital in San Antonio. The full autopsy results are still pending, per the report.<\/p>\n The Medina County Sheriff\u2019s Office previously confirmed<\/a> they got a 911 call around 11:28 a.m. on November 8 \u201cregarding a disturbance involving a male subject with a knife acting erratically.\u201d <\/p>\n He had been \u201cmaking threats to kill everyone\u201d and \u201cattempting to assault Fire and EMS personnel.\u201d<\/p>\n After \u201cmultiple verbal commands\u201d for him to get on the ground, Michael<\/strong> allegedly \u201ccharged toward the deputy while yelling, \u2018I\u2019m going to kill you,\u2019\u201d and she fired her weapon twice.<\/p>\n He is survived by his wife Jessica <\/strong>and their 6-year-old daughter Oakley<\/strong>. <\/p>\n Find out more about what happened.<\/a><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
