Beginning with the 2026 season, every race, qualifying, and practice session will stream on the Apple TV app for subscribers.  <\/p>\n<p>Brad Pitt stars in \u201cF1\u201d as Sonny Hayes, a racing prodigy returning to F1 after suffering severe injuries in a crash 30 years earlier. His former F1 teammate (Javier Bardem) now owns an underdog F1 team and taps Sonny to help save the team by the end of the current season by securing just one win. Sonny\u2019s teammate, the young hotshot rookie Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris), becomes his biggest rival on the grid as they work together and clash while trying to bring victory to APXGP.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/06\/17\/entertainment\/f1-the-movie-review-brad-pitt-channels-maverick-in-a-high-octane-driving-movie-thats-actually-fast-and-furious\/\">The movie<\/a>, directed by \u201cTop Gun: Maverick\u201d mastermind Joseph Kosinski, was made with the cooperation of F1\u2019s governing body. The FIA, so racing sequences and other race week events were filmed <em>at<\/em> various Grand Prix across the 2023 and 2024 seasons.
