Kate Winslet<\/a> is intimately acquainted with a side of her Titanic <\/em>costar Leonardo DiCaprio<\/a> that audiences are only now discovering.<\/p>\n “What I love the most about One Battle After Another<\/em><\/a>,” Winslet noted in an interview with Access Hollywood<\/a> <\/em>on Wednesday, “is that people are like, ‘Oh my god, he’s so funny.’ And I’m like, ‘…Yes.'”<\/p>\n Winslet explained that DiCaprio “is and has always been one of the funniest people I’ve ever met in my life. So I just feel very excited for him that he’s able to just enjoy that side of himself in this particular performance, which I think is one of his finest.”<\/p>\n That’s high praise coming from his costar in modern masterpieces like James Cameron’s box office-busting Titanic <\/em>and Sam Mendes’ Oscar-nominated Revolutionary Road<\/em>. But DiCaprio’s already been nominated for a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild award, and is heavily tipped to receive a Best Actor nod at the 2026 Academy Awards.<\/p>\n DiCaprio plays Bob Ferguson, a zealous revolutionary turned paranoid burnout, in the latest epic slice of Americana from master filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson.
