\n\tFrench techno producer Shl\u00f8mo and American hard techno hero Sara Landry reunite for the hectic and pummeling industrial techno track \u201cControl Your Body,\u201d which can be considered a companion piece to their first collab \u201cPlay With Me\u201d from Landry\u2019s 2024 debut album, Spiritual Driveby<\/em>. This new one is the lead single from Shl\u00f8mo\u2019s upcoming album Heartcore<\/em>, coming next year. <\/p>\n \n\t\u201cControl Your Body\u201d is out on Taapion. The two acts came together while Butler was producing an indie\/country\/rock projects for Hips & Lips, with a pair intent on writing a club-focused project. The four resulting tracks contain all of the style and moody sensualism that have long be the H&LA calling card, with vocals from Hips & Lips adding extra attitude.<\/p>\n \n\tSomeone Else Is Calling<\/em> is out on StrataSonic Records. This initiative ultimately evolved into an online home for more then 600 emerging tech house and house artists to talk, exchange advice and music, collaborate and find community. Kick & Bass Records will release music from this collective, with the first of the bunch being the driving tech-house rager \u201cRaw\u201d from rising artist ALP.<\/p>\n \n\tWestend says Kick & Bass is designed to offer a built-in support system for each release, with the community showing up to give each other pre-saves, social amplification and support across DSPs. \u201cNot everyone we sign will have a big profile or long touring history,\u201d Westend says in a statement. \u201cBut the community lifts each other up. The track marks the launch of the new Sol\u00e8ly label from Mercier, who says the track<\/a> \u201cwas written from a place of hope. It\u2019s about the search and desire for building deeper connections with people, and to be\u00a0courageously\u00a0vulnerable while doing so.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cAll My Life\u201d is out on Sol\u00e8ly.
