At the time, the media personality\u2019s mom, Kendra, announced to followers that doctors located an 8-centimeter tumor in Bird\u2019s abdomen. <\/p>\n<p>Two years later, the young star was cancer free but by 2024, the disease had returned.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope you never have to tell your child that the cancer is back,\u201d Kendra wrote on <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C2SUvnrOdpm\/?hl=en&amp;img_index=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a> in January 2024. \u201cWhen Brielle was 4, she knew she was hurting, but the hospital was exciting! NEVER! Never is a good time! \ud83d\ude2d,\u201d she heartbreakingly shared. \u201cShe had been quiet for a couple hours, when I leaned down to ask if she was okay. She then whispered these words, \u201cBut mom, cancer can kill people.\u201d \ud83d\udc94.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_17-0\">Bird ended up entering hospice in July 2025. Kendra explained to followers that it was her daughter\u2019s choice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter hearing this cry, I ran upstairs! She was hurting, but not physically like I thought, her heart was broken. She wanted to say, \u2018I can\u2019t do this anymore,&#8217;\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DL2kKgtuvMV\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kendra wrote beneath a heartbreaking video<\/a> of Bird in bed, \u201cand wanted the validation that her plea was the right choice.
