Jordan’s Queen Rania<\/a> has shared a photograph featuring three generations<\/a> of the kingdom\u2019s royal family, to mark the coming new year.<\/p>\n

Queen Rania<\/a> and the Royal Hashemite Court posted the striking official portrait on Instagram on Saturday. It marked the first time the king and queen have released an end-of-year portrait as grandparents to the two youngest members of the royal family, and was accompanied by a message from the queen. <\/p>\n

\u201cMay the bonds of family and love continue to grow in the year ahead,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The portrait shows King Abdullah holding Princess Amina, daughter of Princess Iman and her husband Jameel Thermiotis<\/a>, while Queen Rania holds the infant Princess Iman<\/a>, with her parents Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa walking behind the queen. <\/p>\n

The king and queen\u2019s younger children Prince Hashem and Princess Salma complete the line up.<\/p>\n

The female royals co-ordinated to wear pistachio-green dresses and tops, with the men in more casual attire, befitting the relaxed family scene that the photo portrays.<\/p>\n
