Former Prince Andrew has caused another headache for palace staff and royal family as he is reportedly leaning on his teddy bears for comfort.<\/p>\n
Ahead of his move from the Royal Lodge, insiders told Heat Magazine<\/i> that the former Duke of York\u2019s unusual attachment is causing concern within palace walls. <\/p>\n
The 65-year-old \u201cdisgraced\u201d former royal is said to spend his days talking to the bears, treating them like friends, with an insider revealing that he sends \u201cmessages\u201d from them to his staff. <\/p>\n
With his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson mostly away, the insider said Andrew is feeling lonely and worries about how the bears will cope with the move to Sandringham. <\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s completely anthropomorphized them, to the point that he\u2019s convinced the move out of Royal Lodge is going to be hard on them because, as he says, it\u2019s their home too,\u201d the source said. <\/p>\n
They added, \u201cIt really seems like being forced to move has sent him into a full-on meltdown because he keeps telling people the bears won\u2019t cope with the change, it\u2019s like he\u2019s transferring his own emotions onto them, the way a little kid would.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt might sound pathetic, but he is in a genuinely pathetic place and the bears, along with his late mother\u2019s corgis, are the only companions he feels he can rely on.<\/p>\n
