Actor and comedian Nick Offerman, best known for his role as Ron Swanson on \u201cParks and Recreation,\u201d is hitting the road in 2026 for his \u201cBig Woodchuck\u201d tour<\/a> in support of his latest book, \u201cLittle Woodchucks: Offerman Woodshop\u2019s Guide to Tools and Tomfoolery.\u201d <\/p>\n

Offerman, who is also a skilled woodworker and craftsman, will be joined by Lee Buchanan, his co-author and longtime collaborator, as they bring an evening of comedy, woodworking and music to fans across the country.<\/p>\n

Offerman\u2019s tour will make a stop at the Palace Theatre in Albany<\/a> on April 11, 2026. Following that, he will perform at The Town Hall in New York City<\/a> on April 14, 2026, as part of a 10-date East Coast leg of the tour.<\/p>\n

Offerman\u2019s new book, \u201cLittle Woodchucks,\u201d<\/a> introduces woodworking projects designed for children and beginners. The book features 12 new projects, including fun and approachable builds like a box kite, as well as more advanced creations like a mini \u201clittle free library.\u201d<\/p>\n

Offerman has been running his own woodworking shop, Offerman Woodshop, in Los Angeles for over two decades, producing high-quality custom furniture.<\/p>\n

Offerman\u2019s recent work includes winning an Emmy for his role in \u201cThe Last of Us\u201d (2023) and appearances in \u201cDeath by Lightning\u201d and \u201cThe Smurfs\u201d movie (2025). He\u2019s also known for his roles in \u201cFargo,\u201d \u201cThe Founder\u201d and \u201cThe Lego Movie\u201d franchises, and co-hosted NBC\u2019s \u201cMaking It\u201d with Amy Poehler.<\/p>\n
