THIS sprawling yet ramshackle farm is said to be earmarked for Andrew Mountbatten Windsor when he finally leaves Royal Lodge.<\/p>\n

It needs an awful lot of work to be done before it\u2019s habitable.<\/p>\n \u201cIt means we could be waiting a long time before he ever leaves Royal Lodge.\u201d<\/p>\n Palace sources say that there is no set date for Andy to move to Sandringham.<\/p>\n The Sun on Sunday understands some of Andy\u2019s belongings have already been moved out of Royal Lodge and placed in storage.<\/p>\n While Andrew has been earmarked a home on Sandringham Estate, his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson<\/a> is said to be finding private accommodation.<\/p>\n A family-ran wrought iron bed company next door to the house told The Sun on Sunday they would not comment when asked about news<\/a> of the move this week.<\/p>\n A spokesperson said: \u201cWe will not comment on any house on the Sandringham Estate.<\/p>\n \u201cWe won\u2019t comment. The Sandringham Estate will deal with any enquires.\u201d<\/p>\n Another neighbouring company R Ward Vehicle and Machinery, which is based in a unit to the rear of the farm house, also said they could not provide a comment.<\/p>\n A woman in the sales room said: \u201cWe know nothing about it I\u2019m afraid.<\/p>\n \u201cWe don\u2019t know anything so I can\u2019t give you any information.\u201d<\/p>\n Marsh Farm is currently unoccupied and unfurnished.<\/p>\n Two reception rooms and a kitchen are at the front of the property.<\/p>\n A wooden gate opens to a short gravel driveway leading to the house.
