A new animated troupe of anthropomorphic African animals are ready to take over the big screen when Blue Fox Entertainment releases Tafiti: Across the Desert<\/em><\/strong> in theaters across the U.S. and Canada on\u00a0January 30, 2026<\/strong>. Ahead of the cinema launch,\u00a0Animation Magazine<\/em> debuts the CG family film\u2019s official trailer.<\/p>\n

Rated PG and produced by Germany\u2019s Little Dream Entertainment (The Mucklas, Moonbound, Tehran Taboo<\/em>),\u00a0Tafiti<\/em> is based on the popular German children\u2019s book series by author Julia Boehme, and follows an adventurous meerkat on the quest of his life.<\/p>\n

Synopsis:\u00a0<\/strong>When his grandpa is bitten by a snake, Tafiti, a young meerkat, sets off on an adventure to find the magical flower that will cure him. Bristles, a bush pig, wants to prove that adventures are always better with friends and joins him across the desert.<\/p>\n
