Following on from his album\u00a0MOVEMENT<\/strong><\/em>, released earlier in 2025,\u00a0Charles<\/strong>\u00a0returned to the studio to revisit some previously unreleased material that had been crafted specifically for live performance. While\u00a0MOVEMENT<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0was conceived as a blend of diverse soundscapes and experiences, this new era for\u00a0Charles<\/strong> comes with the clear goal of creating uplifting and ambitious electronic music made to get people moving.<\/p>\n

About Harry Charles:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hailing from New Zealand,\u00a0Harry Charles<\/strong>\u00a0made his mark in Berlin, where he honed his craft and developed an electrifying style characterised by downtempo beats, slow house rhythms, live instrumentation, and heartfelt vocal performances. He has releases on a dozen boutique European labels, as well as spots on the lineups of prestigious festivals and clubs across Europe.<\/p>\n

Now based back in Aotearoa,\u00a0Harry\u00a0released his second album\u00a0MOVEMENT<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>on Loop Electronic in May 2025, which saw him consolidate his palette into a 10-track, 46-minute journey of organic house, ambient textures, and intimate songwriting.\u00a0Harry Charles<\/strong>\u00a0has established himself a key member of the underground electronic scene in NZ, and his upcoming album will look to solidify his growing reputation.<\/p>\n
