\u201cThe Voice\u201d Season 28 finale kicked off with a live finale spectacular, complete with special musical guests and, of course, the reveal of who won the season. <\/p>\n

Season 28\u2019s winner, as voted for by America, was Niall Horan\u2019s finalist Aiden Ross. <\/p>\n

Central Pennsylvania\u2019s Aubrey Nicole landed in fourth place. <\/p>\n

Nicole told PennLive recently<\/a> that she hopes to prove herself as an artist, no matter what happens, and plans to release her original music following her time on the show. <\/p>\n

\u201cMy family is so excited,\u201d Nicole said. \u201cI could not be more grateful; they\u2019ve always been supportive of what I do. This whole experience has not only been incredible for me, but also for them.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you to everybody who has supported me this far,\u201d Nicole added. \u201cI want to make everyone proud in the finale, no matter what happens.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nicole shared similar remarks in a lengthy Instagram post hours before the finale. <\/p>\n

\u201cI won\u2019t pretend it\u2019s all been easy,\u201d Nicole wrote. \u201cIn fact, I\u2019ve absolutely learned just how hard all of this is, but I\u2019m so incredibly grateful for my hard work. I\u2019m so proud of myself regardless of tomorrow\u2019s outcome because I went out there and gave it my all. To everyone who voted, prayed, sent messages, or simply listened, thank you for choosing kindness and encouragement. Your support has been louder than the noise, and I feel it deeply. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m waiting now, grateful and grounded,\u201d Nicole wrote. \u201cWin or lose, I showed up as myself. I sang my truth. Thank you for walking this road with me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nicole made it to the finale after being almost sent home in October during<\/a> a \u201cBattle Round.\u201d She was saved after buzzers went off from both McEntire and another \u201cVoice\u201d coach, Snoop Dogg, indicating she had been saved and could choose which coach she selected.<\/p>\n

Ross hugged each of the finalists and coaches, celebrating his win under confetti. <\/p>\n

The two-hour special kicked off with performances from coaches Snoop Dogg, Michael Bubl\u00e9 and McEntire. Horan attended but sat out the performances due to illness and doctor\u2019s orders for vocal rest. <\/p>\n

Alongside the coaches, the band Journey played as they all sang \u201cDon\u2019t Stop Believin\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n

The second guest of the night was six-time Grammy-nominated singer Khalid, singing a medley of his hits \u201cBetter\u201d and \u201cNah,\u201d followed by country singer Riley Green, who hit the stage about halfway through the show, singing his hit \u201cJesus Saves.\u201d <\/p>\n

Popular international pop group XG made their TV debut performing their newest song, \u201cGALA,\u201d and Noah Cyrus and Zac Brown ended the special guest performances singing, \u201cButterfly.\u201d <\/p>\n

Each of the six finalists sang along with their coaches to various holiday medleys. <\/p>\n

Ross sang \u201cLast Christmas\u201d alongside Season 23 winner, Gina Miles. <\/p>\n

Bubl\u00e9 and one of his finalists, Jazz McKenzie, sang along to \u201cJingle Bell Rock.\u201d <\/p>\n

Aubrey Nicole and McEntire sang along to \u201cMary Did You Know.\u201d <\/p>\n

Snoop Dogg and his finalist, Ralph Edwards, sang, \u201cThis Christmas.\u201d <\/p>\n

Bubl\u00e9 hit the stage, along with his second finalist, Max Chambers, to sing \u201cBlue Christmas.\u201d <\/p>\n

Country music trio DEK of Hearts, Horan\u2019s other finalist, sang \u201cSanta Claus is Coming to Town,\u201d with McEntire filling in for Horan. <\/p>\n

The \u201cVoice\u201d will return for Season 29 in February 2026, with coaches John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, and Adam Levine returning. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
