ATG Entertainment<\/a>\u00a0has promoted\u00a0Erik Newson to senior vice president, Music, Comedy, and Events Programming, North America.<\/p>\n

In his new role, Newson will work with\u00a0ATG\u2019s markets in the U.S.,\u00a0taking on a strategic, national-level approach to the company\u2019s music and comedy programming. <\/p>\n

Newson
\n joined ATG Entertainment in 2023 and has been overseeing programming
\nfor two New Orleans venues: the\u00a0Saenger Theatre and the
\nMahalia Jackson Theater.\u00a0With
\n more than three decades of leadership across artist management, global
\ntouring, talent buying, event production, and agency representation,
\nNewson has built a track record of developing profitable, culturally
\nresonant careers. He has also\u00a0directed and executed worldwide tours for major
\n artists across genres.<\/p>\n

ATG Entertainment North American CEO\u00a0Lori Hotz\u00a0said in a statement, \u201cWe are delighted for
