BBC Studios and Switzerland\u2019s CosmoBlue Media have entered an exclusive strategic partnership designed to expand their footprint across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and Turkey.<\/p>\n
This deal includes the launch of a new general entertainment channel in the region, the integration of BBC Player into streaming platform CosmoGO, and co-distribution initiatives for BBC Studios\u2019 existing channel portfolio.<\/p>\n
BBC Player \u2013 BBC Studios\u2019 on-demand multi-genre service featuring dramas, documentaries, and factual content \u2013 will be fully integrated into CosmoBlue Media\u2019s streaming service,\u00a0CosmoGO. Launching in both Turkey and the MENA region, this integration will allow audiences to access British content on-demand.<\/p>\n
CosmoBlue Media will exclusively cooperate with BBC Studios on the distribution of linear channels including drama network BBC First, natural history channel BBC Earth and kids\u2019 network CBeebies across multiple territories in the region.<\/p>\n
