No.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jackman proceeded to note that it didn\u2019t feel like he would ever return to the character. \u201cFor five years, I was like, \u2018I\u2019m done.\u2019 And Ryan Reynolds would ring me a lot like, \u2018Come on!\u2019 I\u2019m like, \u2018No,\u2019\u201d Jackman elaborated. \u201cAnd then I rang him one day and said, \u2018I\u2019m in. And so I go with this \u2014 and that\u2019s what my gut says \u2014 it\u2019s not done. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>However, Jackman then cautioned. \u201cBut that\u2019s just me! Marvel might have different ideas.\u201d Jackman has portrayed Wolverine for around 25 years. Doomsday is one of the most highly anticipated projects of next year. <\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, speculations about his prospective return in Avengers 5 and 6 remain high. Doomsday already has a massive cast.
