A BBC<\/a>-commissioned review has concluded there is no need to rewrite the broadcaster\u2019s editorial editing guidelines following the controversy over a \u201cPanorama\u201d program that misleadingly edited President Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s Jan. 6 speech, instead pointing to failures in judgment, escalation and oversight.<\/p>\n
