Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/strong> <\/a>and boyfriend Joaquim Valente<\/strong> are married after nearly three years of dating, Us Weekly<\/em> can confirm.<\/p>\n

According to a marriage certificate obtained by Us<\/em> on Friday, December 19, B\u00fcndchen, 45, and Valente, 38, obtained their marriage license in Miami on December 1, and tied the knot two days later on December 3.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tGisele B\u00fcndchen and Joaquim Valente\u2019s relationship started off friendly before turning romantic. B\u00fcndchen shared that she first connected with the jiu-jitsu instructor after enrolling her and Tom Brady\u2019s son, Benjamin, in Valente\u2019s martial arts academy in Miami. (Brady and B\u00fcndchen also share daughter Vivian.) \u201cIt\u2019s actually because of my son that I met Joaquim,\u201d the [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

B\u00fcndchen and Valente began dating in June 2023 following her divorce from ex-husband Tom Brady<\/strong>. The model and Brady, 48, were married from 2009 to 2022 and share son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13. (B\u00fcndchen is also stepmother to Brady\u2019s son Jack, 17, whom he welcomed with ex Bridget Moynahan<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

In March 2024, B\u00fcndchen opened up about her romance with Valente who she was friends with before their connection turned romantic.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the first time I am seeing someone that was a friend of mine first,\u201d she said in an interview with the New York Times<\/em>. \u201cIt\u2019s very different. It is very honest, and it\u2019s very transparent.\u201d<\/p>\n

B\u00fcndchen also denied the speculation that she had an affair with the jiu jitsu instructor before her split from Brady.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is a lie. This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful,\u201d she reflected. \u201cThey have to deal with their communities. They have to deal with their family. Of course for me, it just happens to be a little bit amplified.\u201d<\/p>\n

In October 2024, Us<\/em> confirmed that B\u00fcndchen was pregnant<\/a> with her third baby, her first with Valente.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen Gisele told the kids about her pregnancy, she made sure to let Tom know as well,\u201d a source exclusively told Us at the time. \u201cThis happened a few months ago. She wanted to give him that courtesy and knew the kids would tell him either way.\u201d<\/p>\n

B\u00fc\u200b\u200bndchen gave birth to her and Valente\u2019s baby boy in February. The couple have yet to reveal their little one\u2019s name.<\/p>\n

Three months later, B\u00fcndchen shared a glimpse of her life at home with her newborn.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow that my little one is sleeping through the night, I\u2019m back in control of my routine,\u201d she said in a May interview for Vogue France<\/em>. \u201cAs any new mom knows, it\u2019s incredible how much sleep \u2014 or lack of it \u2014 can change everything! But once again, I feel truly grateful: being able to be home with my kids and enjoy every moment with them is priceless.\u201d<\/p>\n
