{"id":2206761,"date":"2025-12-20T16:38:03","date_gmt":"2025-12-20T16:38:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/?p=2206761"},"modified":"2025-12-20T16:38:03","modified_gmt":"2025-12-20T16:38:03","slug":"worm-release-new-music-video-for-blackheart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/worm-release-new-music-video-for-blackheart\/","title":{"rendered":"Worm release new music video for &#8216;Blackheart&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>WORM<\/strong> have released a new music video!<\/p>\n<p>The necromantic Floridian black doom creators have unveiled <strong>Blackheart<\/strong>, their second single and the latest chapter in the band\u2019s official <strong>Necropalace<\/strong> short film series, and is taken from their upcoming <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/distortedsoundmag.com\/worm-announce-new-album-necropalace\/\">new album of the same name<\/a>, which is scheduled to be released in February, via\u00a0<strong>Century Media Records<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Directed by <strong>Norman Cabrera [DANZIG, The Walking Dead, Fright Night II]<\/strong>\u00a0with production by <strong>Maya Kay<\/strong> and colour work by <strong>Alex Nicolaou [DRAB MAJESTY]<\/strong>, the short film continues <strong>WORM<\/strong>\u2019s dark fantasy vision under the guidance of cult horror director<strong> Ted Nicolaou [TerrorVision, Subspecies]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe consider this to be a gothic vampire love ballad,\u201d<\/em> says vocalist <strong>Phantom Slaughter<\/strong>. <em>\u201cSharing a different kind of emotion and color than the rest of the record. The lyrics touch on the isolation and loss one feels as a child of the night. Musically, <strong>Blackheart<\/strong> fuses Avant-garde era <b>KATATONIA <\/b>and our love of <b>FIELDS OF THE NEPHILIM <\/b>with icy AOR like<strong> FM (UK)<\/strong>, <strong>STRANGEWAYS<\/strong>, and <b>HAREM SCAREM<\/b>.
