disorderly conduct while in Tennessee on Saturday night.<\/p>\n<p>Officers detained the son of Todd Chrisley around 7 p.m. and took him to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/12\/21\/kyle-chrisley-arrested-assault-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMZ reported<\/a> Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Kyle was also charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a first responder.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kyle Chrisley was arrested for domestic assault, public intoxication and disorderly conduct in Tennessee on Saturday night. <span class=\"credit\">Rutherford County Adult Detention Center<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>TMZ reported Sunday that officers detained the son of Todd Chrisley around 7 p.m.  <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/kyle.chrisley<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Additionally, Kyle was reportedly hit with three additional charges for allegedly retaliating for past actions. <\/p>\n<p>Page Six reached out to reps for Todd and the Rutherford County Sheriff\u2019s Office but did not immediately hear back.<\/p>\n<p>Kyle, 34, has a lengthy criminal record and was previously <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2019\/05\/12\/son-of-chrisley-knows-best-star-todd-chrisley-arrested-on-drug-charges\/\">arrested for alleged drug possession<\/a> in Oklahoma in May 2019.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>He was taken to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/kyle.chrisley<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kyle was also charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a first responder. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/kyle.chrisley<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>At the time, he reportedly also had a warrant out for his arrest for allegedly making death threats to his former partner earlier that year.<\/p>\n<p>However, the charges against him were <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/05\/27\/todd-chrisleys-son-kyle-has-death-threat-charges-dropped\/\">later dropped<\/a> because his ex wasn\u2019t cooperating with the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2019, he <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2019\/09\/06\/todd-chrisleys-son-kyle-reveals-he-attempted-suicide-last-week\/\">admitted to attempting suicide<\/a> after having a bad reaction to medication.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kyle has past run-ins with law enforcement.  <span class=\"credit\">TMZ<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>In May 2019, he was arrested for drug possession. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/kyle.chrisley<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI take medication and I had a bad side effect to it and I tried to take my own life,\u201d he shared on an episode of the \u201cChrisley Confessions\u201d podcast. \u201cWith the meds, I got all kinds of crazy thinking going on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Then, in March 2023, Kyle was <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/03\/14\/kyle-chrisley-arrested-for-aggravated-assault-in-tennessee\/\">detained for aggravated assault<\/a>\u00a0after allegedly waving a \u201cfixed blade\u201d during an altercation with his boss. <\/p>\n<p>His wife, Ashleigh Chrisley, denied the allegations during an exclusive interview with Page Six.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKyle has a knife that he carries for work, but he did not pull it out or brandish it, nor did he use it on the person,\u201d she told us, alleging that the fight was initially \u201ca verbal disagreement.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kyle was also previously arrested for aggravated assault. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/kyle.chrisley<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Todd claimed that his eldest son suffers from bipolar disorder. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram\/kyle.chrisley<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThe other guy pushed him, turning things physical,\u201d she alleged. \u201cKyle has PTSD, so it was more self-defense on Kyle\u2019s side.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Todd, who shares Kyle and daughter Lindsie Chrisley with ex-wife Teresa Terry,\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/toddchrisley\/status\/525409118002356225\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">previously shared<\/a>\u00a0that his eldest son was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and \u201cwill struggle for life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The convicted fraudster, 56, is currently wed to Julie Chrisley and they share kids Savannah Chrisley, Grayson Chrisley and Chase
