A recent report analyzing celebrity property investments<\/a> proves the power couple owns the largest real estate portfolio in the world. The Carters own seven homes valued at a staggering $500 million, including a Malibu mansion, a Bel Air estate, and a home in the Hamptons.<\/p>\n

Despite the jaw-dropping figure, The Carter’s property empire accounts for just 15.6% of their combined $3.2 billion net worth. That’s a humbling reminder of just how vast their overall fortune is.<\/p>\n

The study, conducted by Highland Cabinetry, examined the residential property holdings of more than 20 global celebrities, focusing strictly on homes, apartments, mansions, and estates (excluding commercial assets like hotels or farmland).<\/p>\n

Coming in second is soccer icon Lionel Messi<\/a><\/strong>, whose seven properties are valued at $232 million. But more than 35% of Messi\u2019s total net worth is tied up in real estate. His homes span Spain, Argentina, France, and the U.S., including properties in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.<\/p>\n

Other notable names rounding out the top rankings include David and Victoria Beckham<\/a><\/strong>, who own five properties worth $150 million. Oprah Winfrey<\/a><\/strong> has seven estates totaling the same value.<\/p>\n

Of course, Taylor Swift<\/a><\/strong> made the list. She has eight homes across four states that add up to $150 million.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran<\/a><\/strong> may not have the highest portfolio value, but he wins for volume, owning an impressive 27 residences across the UK.<\/p>\n
