NY Times<\/em> No. 1 best-selling author Holly Gleason<\/strong>\u00a0recently celebrated six awards from the National Arts & Entertainment Journalism Awards, including top honors for Diversity in the Music\/Performing Arts\/Arts Industry for Print for \u201cShaboozey\u2019s\u00a0Evolution,\u201d as well as second place for Independent Journalist of the Year.<\/p>\n

Gleason also earned Second Places for Obituary\/Appreciation, Film Personalities (Print\/Online), Commentary Analysis\/Trend (Print), and Music\/Performing Arts Feature Under 1000 Words (Print), in addition to Third Place for Best Arts or Entertainment Limited Series Podcast for \u201cThe Boar\u2019s Nest: Sue Brewer & the Birth of Outlaw Country.\u201d Gleason\u2019s stories were placed in a myriad of outlets including the New York Times, PASTE, POLLSTAR, HITS<\/em>\u00a0and her own website.<\/p>\n

The honors come as the book\u00a0HEART LIFE MUSIC<\/em>, co-authored with Kenny Chesney<\/strong>, spends its fifth week on\u00a0The New York Times<\/em>\u00a0best seller lists. Returning to the top five after a No. 1 debut, it is No. 4 Nonfiction, Hardcover and No. 5 Nonfiction, Hardcover and E-Book.<\/p>\n
