Warner Bros. Discovery<\/a>\u2019s board has confirmed receipt of Paramount<\/a>\u2019s amended all-cash, $30 per share bid for the entire company.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Warner Bros. Discovery Board of Directors, consistent with its fiduciary duties and in consultation with its independent financial and legal advisors, will carefully review and consider Paramount Skydance<\/a>\u2019s offer in accordance with the terms of Warner Bros. Discovery\u2019s agreement with Netflix, Inc,\u201d the company said in a statement on Monday evening.<\/p>\n

Wbd said its board would provide a recommendation following its review and that it will not modify its recommendation on Netflix<\/a>\u2019s $82.7 billion deal. It is advising shareholders not to take any action with respect to Paramount\u2019s tender offer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
