\u201cOlder games, even if they were open world, it still felt very linear. We\u2019re seeing top brands create a world-building ecosystem across mediums,\u201d M7 Innovations Founder, Matt Maher told 59News. \u201cFilms, games, experiences, content \u2013 it\u2019s the ability to craft one immersive world that is cohesively connected through all these interaction points.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maher said this approach changes the way audiences engage with the content they consume. He said this type of immersive world-building gives consumers an opportunity to become active participants in the stories being told through their favorite platforms.<\/p>\n
