Lionsgate will release the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray of The Long Walk <\/em>for wide release Dec. 23. It was previously released on disc Nov. 25, with the 4K at that time being an Amazon-exclusive Steelbook. Based on the Stephen King novel,\u00a0The Long Walk<\/em> is set in a dystopian version of 1970s and\u00a0follows 50 boys in an annually televised endurance event where each competitor must maintain a pace of three miles per hour.
