Online<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Tylor Chase is finding support from a familiar face.<\/p>\n The “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide” alum reunited with his former costar Daniel Curtis Lee, who reached out after seeing a heartbreaking video of Chase experiencing homelessness in California.<\/p>\n “I just wanted to give you an update,” Curtis Lee shared in an Instagram video<\/a> Dec. 23. “Shaun Weiss<\/a> and his team put a lot of effort into trying to get him into a hospital last night\u2014and I thought it worked. His dad told me it worked, but it turns out he kind of backed out.”<\/p>\n “So, today I went to have pizza with him,” he continued, sharing footage from their meal together. “Also, I got to let him chat with his old friend Devon Werkheiser<\/a>.”<\/p>\n After the two chatted on FaceTime, Curtis Lee, 34, helped Chase, 36, find accommodations at a hotel amid the busy holiday season.<\/p>\n “He trusted an old friend,” Curtis Lee continued. “He wanted to stay local and this was the only one that was open.”<\/p>\n READ<\/b>: ‘Ned’s Declassified’s’ Devon Werkheiser speaks out as costar Tylor Chase faces homelessness<\/a><\/p>\n The two shared a hug before parting ways, with Curtis Lee promising Chase that he’ll return to check up on him.<\/p>\n “Love you, dude,” Chase replied. “Thank you. I’m so happy to see you.”<\/p>\n And Curtis Lee believes the recent outpouring of concern Chase will eventually help him get “back on his feet.”<\/p>\n “He’s on my heart, often on my mind,” the actor shared in a Dec. 22 Instagram video, adding that Chase “seems to be really excited about the fact that so many people have been inspired by him.”<\/p>\n Indeed, there’s a community rallying behind Chase, with Werkheiser \u2014 who played the titular Ned Bigby on the Nickelodeon series \u2014 recently sharing, “We all want a happy ending.”<\/p>\n “Tylor was a sensitive, sweet, and kind kid,\u201d he told TMZ<\/a> on Dec. 22. “It is heartbreaking to see him this way.”<\/p>\n The 34-year-old added, “My only hope is that from this exposure, someone with real understanding and resources can step in, get Tylor into treatment, and help him get back on track.”<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
