\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDownton Abbey: The Grand Finale<\/em>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n \t<\/p>\n Erik Gruenwedel<\/a><\/p>\n December 24, 2025<\/p>\n \t<\/p>\n Universal Pictures\u2019 Downton Abbey: The Grande Finale<\/em> rose five spots to the top of the Official Film Chart, the weekly U.K. home entertainment sales chart through Dec. 24.<\/p>\n Remaining at No. 2 is the Tom Hanks starrer The Polar Express,\u00a0<\/em>the animated adventure that follows a young boy\u2019s Christmas Eve journey to the North Pole, followed by the Universal\u2019s animated The Grinch<\/em> (2018) featuring Benedict Cumberbatch\u2019s voice as the title character, up two spots to No. 3.<\/p>\n The classic Warner Christmas movie\u00a0Elf<\/em>, starring Will Ferrell, James Caan, Bob Newhart and Zooey Deschanel, slipped one spot to No. 4.<\/p>\n Warner\u2019s reboot of Superman<\/em> soared six spots to No. 5, while down to spots at No. 6 is Universal\u2019s Wizard of Oz<\/em>-inspired musical\u00a0Wicked<\/em>, which explores the origins of Glinda and Elphaba.<\/p>\n Sony\u2019s animated Arthur Christmas<\/em> (2011), featuring the voice of James McAvoy, moved up five spots to No. 7, followed by Lionsgate\u2019s thriller The Long Walk<\/em>, up 10 spots to No. 8.<\/p>\n Universal\u2019s Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy<\/em>, which only streamed on Peacock in the U.S., moved up one spot to No. 9, with the studio\u2019s Jurassic World Rebirth<\/em> falling three spots to No. 10.<\/p>\n
