And the future is looking bright. He just needed someone to actually do something to help.\u2019<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>From 2004 to 2007, Chase played Martin in Ned\u2019s Declassified School Survival Guide.  <span class=\"credit\">Nickelodeon<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Chase\u2019s father previously <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/12\/25\/us-news\/former-nickelodeon-star-tylor-chases-dad-opens-up-about-sons-battle-with-addiction\/\">opened up<\/a> his son\u2019s struggles with addiction, brought on by diagnoses including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. In 2021, he got Chase into rehab in Georgia, but the former child-star ultimately rejected treatment before moving to California.<\/p>\n<p>Harris began spearheading a campaign to help Chase through his friend Shaun Weiss, the \u201cMighty Ducks\u201d star who also struggled with addiction.
