Tyler Perry<\/a> has been sued over allegations of sexual assault brought by a new accuser, an actor who appeared in the 2016 movie \u201cBoo! A Madea Halloween<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Mario Rodriguez<\/a> alleges that Perry assaulted him on multiple occasions over several years at Perry\u2019s Los Angeles home. According to the complaint, Perry allegedly made unwanted sexual advances toward Rodriguez<\/a>, including a 2018 incident in which Perry \u201ctightly hugged\u201d him and \u201cgrabbed his penis.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rodriguez, who played \u201cFrat Guy #10\u201d in Perry\u2019s \u201cBoo! A Madea Halloween<\/a>,\u201d is suing for sexual assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
