Jay Kelly <\/i>may seem like a movie about movies, but don\u2019t be fooled. Noah Baumbach\u2019s latest film is more than just a story about Hollywood \u2014 it\u2019s a universal tale of self-discovery<\/a>, filtered through the life of an actor (played by George Clooney).\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cIf you make a movie about an actor, you\u2019re inherently making a movie about identity and performance,\u201d Baumbach, who directed the film and co-wrote it with Emily Mortimer, tells Netflix. \u201cAs we get older and gain more experience, and maybe wisdom \u2014 how do we remeet and redefine the person that we are? Which brings us back to the actor.
